SKY is the first in a series of abstract landscapes I did very early in my painting journey when I only painted in oils. SKY is an excellent example of my early work where I explore colour using fantastical forms and shapes.  The sky is almost dreamlike in its presentation of non-sensical almost whimsical forms but at the same time it is identifiable as the sky over the horizon of 

land also painted in similar shapes albeit in identifiable land like colours.
